Parts, which are in original intact packing, working condition can be returned in 14 days, costs covered by buyer. See other terms in section "Return Policy"
Before returning an item, you must contact us by email [email protected] to get a return code and return address from us. Otherwise, the return will not be accepted.
We accept most major UK bank cards.
Refunds are issued within 4-6 business days after the part is returned to our company or partner warehouse and inspected for damage.
Your payment will be refunded to your bank/card account in 4-6 business days.
Usually, delivery will take 3 to 4 business days, depending on part you order and delivery address. But if ordered part is on Germany back order it usually takes 5-7 business days or longer. Please check our Delivery policy.
